1220.02 SEPARABILITY.

(a) If any portion or provision of these Subdivision Regulations or any portion of the Ohio Revised Code or other enabling or controlling legislation affecting a provision of these Regulations is adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, the remaining portions of these Regulations shall remain in force.
