1699.04 CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

(a) Whoever violates any section of the Fire Prevention Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined and/or imprisoned as provided by law.

(b) Whoever violates any section of the Ohio Building Code or the Ohio Fire Code shall be fined and/or imprisoned pursuant to the penalties provided each respective code.
