1608.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the fines and penalties described in Chapter 1699. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
