1492.03 DECISION OF THE BOARD.

(a) The Board shall issue a decision and findings of fact. Its decision may affirm, reverse, modify or dismiss the notice and order by a majority vote of the members of the Board who are present at the hearing. The appellant, the Law Director and the Commissioner of Zoning, Housing and Residential Chief Building Official shall be notified in writing of the decision of the Board.
