(a) The Police Department shall, from time to time and at least four (4) times a year, inspect that portion of the adult arcade business open to the public licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The Director of Public Safety shall, from time to time, request the Summit County Health Department to inspect that portion of each adult arcade business open to the public and licensed hereunder, in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this chapter and relevant Health Department regulations.
(c) That the Fire Marshal and Building Commissioner shall, from time to time, and at least four (4) times a year, inspect that portion of the adult arcade business open to the public and licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with all applicable fire, building, and zoning code regulations.
