1516.06 RECORD OF DECISIONS.

(a) The proceedings at the hearings, including the findings and decision of the Real Property Maintenance Board and reasons therefor, shall be summarized in writing and entered as a matter of public record in the official records of the City of Fairlawn Real Property Maintenance Board. The record shall also include a copy of every notice and order issued in connection with the matter.
