1504.03 PERIODIC INSPECTIONS.

(a) The Residential Chief Building Official or his designee shall conduct exterior inspections of all dwelling units in the City. Such inspections shall occur a minimum of once every three (3) years and shall be conducted from the public right-of-way or from such areas as the Residential Chief Building Official, or his designee, shall receive permission.
