284.04 DUTIES OF BOARD.

It shall be the duty of the Board of Health to provide all health services required by the laws of the State which are not provided by the Summit County General Health District; to regularly survey public health services in the City; and, from time to time, not less frequently than annually, make its report to Council of the condition of public health services in the City, together with its recommendations for maintenance or improvement of the same.
