284.03 POWERS OF BOARD.

The Board of Health shall have all the powers conferred upon the Board of Health of a city health district by the laws of the State, provided, however, that it shall have authority to exercise only those powers which are consistent with the membership of the City in the Summit County General Health District and that it shall adopt only such public regulations as are not in conflict with the regulations of the County General Health District.
