282.09 LIMITS ON DISBURSEMENTS.

Unless previously approved by Council, no expenditure shall be made which exceeds one hundred ten (110%) percent of the funds allocated for that purpose and no expenditure shall be made in excess of one hundred (100%) percent of any account, without prior approval by the Board of Audit and Review.
