278.03 TERMS OF ORIGINAL APPOINTEES.

The original appointments to the Civil Service Commission shall run from the effective date of the resolution confirming such appointments and shall expire as set forth below:

(a) The first appointment shall expire December 31, 1977.

(b) The second appointment shall expire December 31, 1979.
