276.01 FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSE.

The Park and Recreation Board shall serve as an advisory body to the Mayor. Its purpose is to offer suggestions, recommendations, participation and direction to the Division of Parks and Recreation and advise the Director of Parks and Recreation as to the goals, policies and direction of the Division, as developed by the Director or as otherwise set forth in the City Charter.
