(a) The City Forestry Board shall consist of three (3) members all of whom must be electors of the City of Fairlawn. The three (3) electors shall be appointed by the Mayor with confirmation by Council.
(b) In addition to the three (3) appointed Board members, the Board shall consist of the Parks and Recreation Director who shall serve as the Board secretary and the Street Commissioner as ex-officio members.
(c) Upon the approval of the entire Board, ex-officio members of the Board may appoint a qualified member of their staff as their alternate to the Board to represent them in their absence.
