Editor's note: The position of Zoning Inspector has been merged with the position of Housing and Residential Building Commissioner to form the overall combined position of Zoning, Housing and Residential Building Commissioner. References in this Code to the Residential Building Commissioner, the Housing Commissioner, the Building Commissioner, the Zoning Inspector, Zoning Commissioner and the Zoning Administrator all refer to the same individual holding the title of Zoning, Housing and Residential Building Commissioner.
Additionally, the Building Commissioner and Zoning Inspector position has been renamed by Council action to be the Zoning Administrator. (Ord. 2010-059, Passed 3-7-2011). Therefore, references throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Building Commissioner, Zoning Inspector and the Building Commissioner/Zoning Inspector shall be deemed to mean Zoning Administrator.
