436.14 NONCOMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE RESTRICTED USE.

(a) No person shall use a motor vehicle registered as a noncommercial motor vehicle as defined in Section 402.21 of the Fairlawn City Code for other than the purposes set forth in that section.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree.
