Unless otherwise provided in Chapters 452 and 454, whoever violates any provision of this Traffic Code relating to the parking of motor vehicles shall pay fines as follows:
452.03 | Prohibited parking places/fire hydrant | $50.00 if paid within 72 hours of occurrence; otherwise $55.00 |
454.04 | Fire lane | $50.00 if paid within 72 hours of occurrence; otherwise $55.00 |
452.04 | Manner of parallel parking/Reverse to traffic | $30.00 if paid within 72 hours of occurrence; otherwise $35.00 |
452.05 | Abandoned motor vehicle | $30.00 if paid within 72 hours of occurrence; otherwise $35.00 |
452.08 | Overnight parking ban | $20.00 if paid within 72 hours of occurrence; otherwise $25.00 |
All other parking violations not listed or excluded herein | $20.00 if paid within 72 hours of occurrence; otherwise $25.00 | |
The day the ticket is received, including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays shall not be included in the computation of hours.
If a person has received three (3) or more tickets which remain unpaid, an additional fine of five dollars ($5.00) for each ticket shall be added to the fine.
