474.06   RIDING BICYCLES OR MICROMOBILITY DEVICES UPON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   A person operating a bicycle or electric bicycle along West Market Street, Cleveland-Massillon Road, Ghent Road, Miller Road, Ridgewood Road, or Smith Road, may ride upon the sidewalk rather than the roadway when sidewalks are available.
   (b)   A person operating a micromobility device along West Market Street, Cleveland-Massillon Road, Ghent Road, Miller Road, Ridgewood Road, or Smith Road shall ride upon the sidewalk rather than the roadway when sidewalks are available.
   (c)   On all other streets not named above, persons operating a bicycle or electric bicycle shall ride upon the roadway and not the sidewalk. Persons operating micromobility devices may ride upon the sidewalk when available on all other streets not named above.
   (d)   Whenever a designated bicycle lane, shared-use path, or multi-use path designed for bicycle use has been provided adjacent to a street, bicycle and electric bicycle riders and micromobility device riders shall use such lane or path and shall not use the street.
   (e)   At no time shall a person under the age of eleven years ride a bicycle on West Market Street, Cleveland-Massillon Road, Ghent Road, Miller Road, Ridgewood Road, or Smith Road without adult supervision.
