(a) There is hereby created the position of Administrator of the Income Tax Division.
(b) The duties of such office shall be as defined in Section 880.131 of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code and such other duties as are prescribed by Council.
(c) Every appointee to such office shall serve a six-month probationary period. The Mayor shall report at the end of such period as to the efficiency and faithful service of such appointee and shall make a recommendation to Council as to such appointee's permanent appointment.
