(a) There is hereby established the position of Special Projects Director in the unclassified service of the City.
(b) The position shall be part-time.
(c) The Special Projects Director shall work under the direction and supervision of the Mayor or his or her designee and shall perform such duties as determined by the Mayor.
(d) The compensation of such position shall be in accordance with the wage salary plan.
(e) The Special Projects Director shall receive no supplemental benefits, such as insurance or other fringe benefits.
