(a) There is hereby established the position of Administrative Assistant in the administrative service of the City, effective August 31, 1987.
(b) The position shall be full-time pursuant to applicable ordinances.
(c) Such position shall be in the unclassified service by appointment of the Mayor.
(d) Such position shall be under the supervision of the Mayor or his or her designee .
(e) Such position shall remain until further ordinance of Council.
