(a) There is hereby created the position of Executive Assistant in the office of the Mayor, effective August 31, 1987.
(b) The position shall be full-time pursuant to applicable ordinances .
(c) The present incumbent shall be covered by civil service . The classified civil service status shall be determined upon vacation of the position by the present incumbent.
(d) Such position shall be under the supervision of the Mayor and its duties shall be to coordinate the administrative and secretarial affairs as directed by the Mayor.
