(a) The following committees of Council are hereby established:
(1) Finance
(2) Safety
(3) Planning
(4) Municipal Services
(5) Public Affairs
(6)
Inter-governmental Affairs
(7) Committee of the Whole
(b) The President of Council shall preside over the Committee of the Whole. In the President's absence the Vice-President shall so preside.
