220.03 USE OF COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

The Council Chambers shall be used for meetings of Council and its committees. In the event that the Council Chambers is not being used by Council or its committees, the Clerk of Council may allow for the use of the same provided such use is not in conflict with its use by Council or its members.
