SECTION 4.17. EXECUTIVE SESSIONS.

All public body meetings of the City of Fairlawn shall be open to the public except Executive Sessions may be held in compliance with RC § 121.22 as it may be amended. In the event RC § 121.22 is repealed Fairlawn City Council shall establish by ordinance the criteria to be followed for Executive Sessions.
