SECTION 13.03. APPLICATION OF CIVIL SERVICE REGULATIONS.

When a Civil Service Commission has been appointed and confirmed, all appointments, promotions, demotions, suspensions and discharges, shall be made pursuant to all applicable civil service laws and the regulations of the Commission with respect to those positions and employees in the classified service.
