SECTION 12.04. DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

The Director of Parks and Recreation shall be in charge of the parks and recreation within the City of Fairlawn and perform such other functions as required by the Mayor and/or Council consistent with the position. The Director of Parks and Recreation shall be appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of Council as provided.
