(a) New Construction. All developers and/or owners of commercial structures erected in the City shall furnish a complete set of stamped, approved plans by the authority having jurisdiction to the City and upon the completion of construction and the issuance of an Occupancy Permit, a set of as-built plans.
(b) Existing Building. Existing building plans, when available, shall be supplied to the City upon request.
(c) Cost. Cost for the furnishing of the plans shall be the responsibility of the developers.
