1600.17 SCHOOL FIRE DRILLS & TORNADO DRILLS.

All public, private or parochial schools and educational institutions shall have at least those fire drills required in the OFC FM-703.1 and tornado drills, in accordance with OFC FM-708.01 et seq. when in session, and shall keep all doors and exits of the educational facility unlocked from the inside during hours of occupancy.
