1600.09 APPLICATION OF BUILDING CODE.

(a) The planning, design and construction of new buildings and structures shall be controlled by the OBC and any alterations, additions, or changes in buildings or structures that are within the scope of the OBC and shall be made only in conformance therewith or as required by the Codified Ordinances of the City.
