SECTION 11.02. ORGANIZATION.

The Mayor shall establish the date, time and place for the first meeting each year, at which the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals shall organize under a Chairman and a Vice Chairman. The Board shall appoint a Secretary who need not be a member of the Board.
