1480.07 BUILDING PLANS.

(a) New Construction. All developers and/or owners of commercial structures constructed in the City shall furnish a complete set of final plans, as approved by the authority having jurisdiction, to the City.

(b) Existing Buildings. Existing building plans shall be available to the appropriate fire official.

(c) As-built plans. Upon completion of the construction on any project, a set of as-built plans shall be filed with the City.
