(a) An outside lock box shall be installed on new and existing buildings as required by the Fire Chief.
(b) The lock box shall be of a type approved by the Fire Chief and shall be keyed for the Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Service's master key.
(c) The lock box shall be located approximately five (5) feet above the ground and placed where designated by the Fire Chief and shall contain the necessary keys for access to the building.
