(a) When fire protection systems are required by the Building Code, the Fire Prevention Code or City ordinances, the location of the same shall be determined by the proper authority and reviewed by the Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services. These systems shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(1) Lock box locations;
(2) Annunciator panel locations;
(3) Extinguisher locations;
(4) Alarms to the communication center; and
(5) Fire protection systems.
