(a) There shall be adequate means of ingress to and egress from the building maintained at all times as determined by the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief shall use the OBC and/or the Fairlawn Fire Code (FFC) to determine what means of egress is required.
(b) When parking areas are at full capacity, proper accessibility to the building shall be maintained for Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services equipment at all times.
(c) Posted fire lanes shall be as determined by the Director of Public Safety/Public Service and shall be the responsibility of the owner or occupant as determined in Chapter 454 of the Traffic Code.
