(a) The primary fire hydrant serving the commercial construction shall be located not more than three hundred (300) feet from the building, as determined by the travel route of Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services equipment.
(b) Fire hydrants shall be installed and approved prior to above ground construction when required by the OBC and shall remain accessible to the Division at all times.
(c) The breakaway flange of all fire hydrants shall be set and maintained at the grade specified by the manufacturer.
