SECTION 6.01. ELECTION AND TERM.

Commencing on the regular Municipal election held in November, 1987, and every four (4) years thereafter, the term of the Director of Finance shall be for four (4) years, commencing January 1, 1988, following such election and he or she shall hold office until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
