1478.03 DUTIES OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER / ZONING INSPECTOR.

The Building Commissioner / Zoning Inspector shall inspect all premises provided for herein and, upon finding noncompliance with this chapter, shall issue the appropriate order to comply. No person shall fail to comply with such an order within the time period stipulated therein.
