1476.03 INSTALLATION IN MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS.

On or before August 1, 1982, every existing building in the City used for multifamily occupancy, consisting of two (2) or more units, shall have installed in each unit therein an approved smoke detector or detectors meeting the requirements set forth in the Residential Code of Ohio and the Ohio Building Code.
