1476.01 REQUIREMENT FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION; RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND OCCUPANTS.

(a) Installation and maintenance of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide (CO) detectors shall be in accordance with the Residential Code of Ohio and the Ohio Building Code.
