1472.01   REQUIREMENTS FOR DWELLING UNITS.
   (a)   Installation and maintenance of garbage disposals shall be in accordance with the Residential Code of Ohio and the Ohio Building Code.
   (b)   The installation and use of incinerators within the City of Fairlawn is hereby prohibited.
