1464.04 MAXIMUM MOVING TIME; SURCHARGE.

(a) No person moving any such structure shall permit it to remain upon any street or highway of the City for more than two (2) days. There shall be an additional permit fee of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each day over the original two (2) days. Such surcharge shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1464.99.
