1464.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

(a) No building, house, structure, shed or barn having dimensions greater than twelve (12) feet high, twelve (12) feet wide or twenty-two (22) feet long shall be transported or moved on or across a public street or highway until a permit has been obtained therefor from the Street Commissioner. The fee for such permit shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
