1450.05 REMOVAL OF PERMITS FOR NONCOMPLIANCE.

A fire inspector shall remove the occupancy permit from the premises for any violation of or noncompliance with applicable requirements of these Codified Ordinances, the Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services or other departments of the City. The owner or occupant or his or her authorized agent shall be notified prior to the removal of such permit.
