1450.02 PERMIT APPLICATION.

Every application for a Zoning Use Permit shall be in writing on a form prescribed by the Commissioner of Building and Zoning and shall be signed by the owner or occupant of the premises or his or her authorized representative. Such application shall include such information as may be required by City ordinance, by the Division or by other City departments.
