1424.01 EDITION ADOPTED; PURPOSE.

(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City that certain code known as the Plumbing Code of the State of Ohio, as revised by the Ohio Board of Building Standards from time to time.

(b) Adoption of the Plumbing Code of the State of Ohio referred to in subsection (a) hereof shall serve the purpose of establishing a code for the City containing rules and regulations for plumbing and wet heat in one, two and three-family dwellings and their accessory buildings.
