(a) The Parks and Recreation Director is hereby authorized to execute rental agreements authorizing the utilization of the Fairlawn-Kiwanis Community Center by instructors, organizations and/or persons at rates established from time to time by Council.
(b) The Parks and Recreation Director is hereby authorized to implement the fee schedule for the rental of the Fairlawn-Kiwanis Community Center as such fees are established from time to time by Council.
(c) Any person employed full-time or part-time within the limits of the City is entitled to receive resident rates for the purposes of renting the Fairlawn-Kiwanis Community Center. Said person must show proof of employment by way of a pay stub, W2 form or similar document.
