1060.07 HOURS OF OPERATION.

(a) No garbage and/or rubbish collector shall collect and/or dispose of garbage and/or rubbish within the City between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.

(b) The refuse containers shall not be deposited in the curb area earlier than 4:00 p.m. of the day before collection, or be permitted to remain in the curb area later than 7:00 p.m. of the day collection occurs.
