1022.02 INSPECTIONS; NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

(a) The Director of Public Service shall survey, from time to time, all dwellings and business suites on ground levels in the City, to ensure compliance with this chapter.

(b) A notice shall be sent to each addressee who fails to comply with this chapter. Failure to so comply after a thirty (30)-day period shall be deemed a violation of this chapter punishable as provided in Section 1022.99.
