890.12 SEPARABILITY.

Should any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter or any part thereof for any reason be held to be unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter or any part thereof.
