Whosoever shall violate any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a Class "B" misdemeanor and, upon conviction of such violation, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six months in the county jail or by both fine and imprisonment as allowed under Utah State Code 10-3-703.
